Chapter 32

Chapter 32

A Chapter by Jemma Packman

Robbie says "I can see why you always stayed at mine."

Charlie clears a space on the desk and says "Sit down and start talking."

Charlie takes off her shirt, drops it on the floor and searches for a clean one. Robbie says "Personal strip show? I like it."

Charlie says "This is as far as I go."

Robbie says "I've heard that before."

Charlie says "This time I mean it."

Charlie picks up a shirt and puts it on. Robbie says "Shame."

Charlie says "You've got thirty minutes to say what you wanted to say. If you think it'll take longer, we'll reschedule."

Robbie says "This isn't a business meeting, Charlie."

Charlie says "No, it isn't. I just want to keep this civil."

Robbie says "What makes you think it won't be?"

Charlie says "I'm limiting your time, and you're wasting it."

Robbie says "Fine. What do you want to know?"

Charlie says "You wanted to talk, you think about it."
