My love.

My love.

A Poem by skeletongirl

I see you in my dream

We are the best team

You touch me bare,

you always stare

I wish you would stay

But you continue to go away

You’re only a part of my past,

I wish we would have last.

We always raised hell,

Even when I wasn’t well.

I’ll always be near,

Even if your feelings aren’t clear.

I’ll always hold you tight,

Even if it’s not right.

I can’t let you go,

Not the you I know.

An amazing soul-searching piece. This poem sounds like the past relationships of a lot of us in society now. Yet, I think we learn more about ourselves when we're with someone and when we're single. I think your poem is a great example of the feelings a lot of us harbor in the depths of our spirit. At least your writing the let it all out. Keep up the good work.

This one had a great singsong flow. And told a bit of a story. It was good.
