The branches with long tendrils Like twisted, crooked wire Seem tentatively attached at best With a serpentine spine They bend and bow Forgetting posture of root Succumbing to fluidity Even without rhythm There is a tendency to sway Grabbing hold of thin fingers Let's wait for the wind © 2009 Jessica JReviews
