A Poem by Jessica J

You are the glass
Window to an idea
It spreads and balances
Each turn creates a frame.
I see it click, slideshow style reel
Glimpses and glances
Of quoted advances.
And yet it bleeds through
Red ink blotting out
White shrine.
Clear you've hit solid
Struck shockwaves that
Bend my eyes.
Reality thickens in
Indigo waves
Your presence is here
With absence no mind.
Into my pores
You've already climbed
With each tiny letter and
All your designs
You string sheets of paper
The ink not quite dry
Each breath you've made ragged
With promises of touch.
Each beat of my still startled heart.
Every twinge of my finger
That aches for your skin
Each moment in silence
Needs laughter within.
I'll wait on this shadow
To cast it's long pall
I'll wait on your love to
Straighten my soul.

You definetely have the gift of the gab. I can tell this piem just effortlessly dispersed from your tongue with consistency, competency, and break neck speeds. Highly impressionable stuff here. Keep it up. Youre gifted.
