Bullying

Bullying

A Poem by TWFanmily

I walked through the doors, eyes all set on me
Was I the popular one, am I in the right place to be
Walked through into the classroom and sat all alone
I could hear people giggling, she has an old fashioned phone

Who is this geek they asked, is she in the right place?
I just looked down, i’ve lost the race
I hurried off outside, just as the bell rang
In case they tried to chase me, and I fall down with a bang

Recess was a nightmare, they kept yelling names
Deep inside it hurt, but they thought they were playing games
I swiftly walked away and tried to ignore what I just heard
I might not be the cool type but im certainly not a nerd

As the days went by, I hoped it would all end
I was wrong, they were around every bend
A few years later and the wounds won’t mend
So raise your hands up, if you want bullying to end
