Simple BeautyA Poem by joshua skyIs there anything more beautiful Than simplicity? The simple beauty is ‘round about; Gaze upon its greatness. The leaf falling from tree to floor. The joy in a child’s face over a frog Newly discovered. Icicles sparkling as sleigh bells ring. Leaves coming back over the green Carpets of spring. Beavers build their lodges and dams, Hawks soar through the air. The little pleasures are simply the best Such as the wind blowing through my Beloved’s hair. © 2014 joshua skyReviews
