Happiness

is it possible to go one day

without feeling hopeless

without having to deal with everything

and stop feeling helpless

show me what happiness is

for just one day, let me feel it again

it's been a while since I've smiled a real smile

Oh the way things seem to be like this so much in life for some people, it isn't fun that's for sure. I think, I really like this poem. It can relate to many people.

Ah... I have often described this feeling as, sad when I'm happy, and happy when I'm sad. It's always there, as happiness? oh my, it's just as bittersweet and longed for as love or chocolate. I liked this.

I loved it! It's great, and once again you portrayed emotions which so many can relate to (unfortunately, lol).
One thing I think is that the last line sounds a little off...considering all the other previous verses are straight to the point and resemble what a person would say (as in, normal speech), seeing as, in the last line, the words are put in different order (what I think would be grammatically incorrect and more artistic/poetic, if you know what I mean), then it doesn't seem to go with the rest of the poem.
But I enjoyed it nonetheless :)
