perfect life

picture us on the beach

walking hand in hand

sitting with your head on my shoulder

and our toes in the sand

 

at home laying in bed

wrapping my arms around you

holding you close to me

staying up together until we hear the alarms

 

cuddling up on the couch

into each others eyes we stare

falling asleep together

me running my fingers through your hair

 

holding each other so close

we can feel the others heart beat

making it go faster

our lips will meet

 

a perfect life to me

this seems

one day it may not be

just some of my hopes and dreams
