A Poem by joshua deathdealer
"

Shadows follow me

Blinding the truth

Keeping my eyes shut

To the seconds swallowing me

I cough them up daily

These mucus covered lies

I have been telling myself

Since before the cataclysm

The apple brought to me

Has filled me with poisons

 Replicating my cells

Into its sick distorted image

Patterning me to be numb

Senseless

Dead

I loved the imagery. I really enjoyed this poem. It's been a while since I've read anything new from you. Then again I haven't been around much. The picture fit really well with the poem. I missed reading poetry from you. Please start writing more. I need more. Loved this. :D
