L.I.A.R

L.I.A.R

A Poem by Josh Sowders
"

Everyone no matter how they try will eventually tell a lie, whether caused by ego or desire everybody will be a liar

"
L.I.A.R
If I were a liar,
Then I wouldn't say I weren't,
I wouldn't be a liar,
Although my cranium is burnt.

Because I'm not a liar,
I'll always tell the truth,
But if I ever became a liar,
Fibs will slip passed my tooth.

How can I not be a liar,
On subjects that are uncertain,
I guess I'll always be a liar,
Because the truth keeps hurtin'!
