Stop and stare

Stop and stare

A Poem by Joshua Lyndon O'shaughnessy
"

Realease your inner romantic!

"
I had to stop and stare,
Time stood still when I saw you there.
The world ceased to turn.
I had so much to learn,
About the matters of the heart.
In that moment I was smart.
All I need is you,
For you to love me too.
I can't believe i'm falling in love,
Such beauty, from heaven above.
My heart starts to pound,
The world spinning around.
All I need is you.
Just say you love me too.

Amazing poetry for love. When a woman make us stop and wish. We are done. Wonderful use of words led the reader to a perfect ending. Thank you Joshua for sharing your words and thoughts.

This poem is so lovely! Short and sweet! I love it. I assume this about love at first sight? But for me this poem speaks of seeing a lost lover in the street and having all those feelings and emotions rush back, and feel the crave of their love for you again. I really loved this, well done.
