The incident : how everything began

This poem is the very first part of trilogy, "Two distant stars", and is about two hearts colliding amidst the tapestry of destiny.

On that sunny day, far from home

Sitting under the Banyan tree, in that grassland 

Under the shadow of tree, I had book in my hands

And slowly wind was blowing, that made trees to dance

With lovely scent of flower, and buzzing sound of insects

The whole atmosphere was like, heaven has come to the earth

In that moment of ecstasy, when our gaze caught  

I still remember the moment when I was in front of you but still, lost 

The moment when everything was colorful, and everything slowed down

When i thought everything I needed, I have already found

But suddenly a ball hit me, and my book fell 

It was so funny that, I still remember how you smiled

But that day my happiness didn't last long 

Coz one moment you were there and on the other you were gone

And after the incident something inside me has changed

Because now I try to seek happiness even if I'm in pain...
