In Limbo

In Limbo

A Poem by joshc
"

In Limbo

"

The night drops slower than you think,

yeilding at the worst possible moment

while the blackboard of life's lessons

is once again wiped clean

of it's familiar, yellow chalk.

There are no real answers,

not at this point,

even if a fountain sprang up
or a valley spread out,
nothing will bring the night slower

than this.

Very clean. Very honest. I like this a lot. Especially the part about no answers. I am writing an entire novel on this subject. Is this the Josh I know with the clockwork orange attire? Or another josh I know in cedar city? Either way, let me know. Good work! see you around the corner

This really puts me in what feels like a state of limbo just reading it... if that was your intent, very very well done. I really dig the crisp imagery as well. Good stuff.
