I did have a concern but I reread it and I made sense of it. Now I can say that I absolutely love this piece. I, too, was in a situation where I fell deeply in love with a woman and longed for her embrace. But my love wasn't really something she wanted. So I understand. Again, I loved this poem. The rhyming of each line definitely packs a punch. I wasn't never good with rhyming because I could never make the lines run smoothly with each other, but you did a good job here. Good job! Keep writing!

Ahh a kiss, it is but a bittersweet dessert. One given to us when we find love. It is magical as it is a craving of which our heart desires when people meet. It is a mix of joy, pain and sadness topped off with a great cherry slice of the souls meeting for the first time when those lips kiss.
