The beverage I drink

This poem was written when at school. I was not aware of the meaning of beverage which is commonly used insteadbof liquor in the state of kerala, India. I decided to leave the poem as such

The beverage I drink
The beverage I sink
whole the worthless
human craze

To be in them
To be the one
I drink and drink
till I was drunk

To be in them
them so called the group of
handsome guys
To be the one
one who is not so bad
at none

As I am in love
with one
one who is not so
bad at sight

Love spills in me
Spills upon you

Now a word
heard in silence
A sight of her, her face
captured in secret
winds me up

And it does
it too does
the beverage they drink
the group of adults or
so called as adults

I think The Beatles had a song about "Another silly love song" If you are gonna go there, you gotta do it brand new... Good job.

Thanks Vol, I accept your critique. Being a nonnative English speaker and when at High school I wrote this. I came to know about Beatles in my twenties. But, sure I know this is not a great poem. I would like to hear your review on some of my better works (I consider) like To Psi, Two poems, The forbidden serpent or the algorithmic people.
