part of a book I am working on.

I intend to tell you I have no intentions, but to do so would be to deceive you. Everything I do is backed up by an intention. You cannot demand perfection from what was meant to be imperfect. Flaws are what separate the truth from the fiction. Lives are lies if believed to be easily understood and completely figured out. Like the sunset, nothing is meant to be repeated in one form forever. The lights are not meant to always be on and the sad not meant to be full of sorrow. Why expect what is not meant to be delivered? And why try to deliver what cannot be expected to be so? Demands come short of supply. Dreams are in a surplus but reality is in rations. Desire to be the best you could ever dream of; dream to be whatever you desire. Life is too short to live chasing what does not exist. Live to breathe; do not breathe to live. Demand to be imperfect. Not because you aim too low or do not believe in yourself; but because perfection is meant to be non-existent. And exist when that is all there is left.

This is interesting, and a thoughtful piece of writing. Did you ever go on with the book you mentioned in the header? There are a number of concepts in here that could be expanded upon. Good luck with it.
