Reality

 

Waking up each and everyday

I can’t quite see through the meaning

The meaning life puts us through

The meaning of our lives at all

Everyday seems nearly the same

We work, we eat, we talk, we play

Trapped by what we call time

Trapped by the world and its limits

 

I continue to seek the impossible

I continue to believe things will change

Searching to fill the void in my heart

Never achieving satisfaction

Slowly I lose the will to believe

Slowly I fail to reach my dreams

Yet I still seek for the route

Always losing my direction

 

And I only end up waiting

For the one who can save me

The one who will show me

That even reality can be bent from its limits
