TRUE WEALTH

TRUE WEALTH

A Poem by Jonathan Bryant Dean
"

A pause to think of what is really important.

"

Tell me how much money you have,
go on, count it out loud.
Now tell me how you plan to spend it,
does it make you feel proud?

Tell the world how much time you spend,
Go on tick Tock out Proud!
Now how much time is left at the end of your money?
Go on, you can cry out loud.

Who mourns for the dead who want no more,
The grief that is here should be for the poor!
A man with time and no money to spend,
Is happier than a King who has reached his end!
