Vexation

Vexation

A Poem by Jonathan Bodnar

Bullets fly
Bodies begin to fall
God cries
As the Devil laughs
Standing upon his corrupted throne
Built of human suffering

Once a home to billions
Now thrown into burning coils of despair
The Earth slowly crumbling
Its last hope sits upon his throne
Forgotten to most
Regretting the path his creation chose

But to us
We who still stand
Remember
We remember what started it all
The hate
The blood and sorrow spilled
For not but the pleasure of a demon
We remember watching the last innocent tear fall
The last cry of those now forbidden words
The Devils rule as ruined all
Days have turned to endless reign of hateful fire
And nights no longer exist
The moon shattered so long ago

Those who chose to follow Lucifer
All forever chained to their decision
Are forced  to walk upon the land that has through time been turned
From blue oceans to swarming seas of blood
From Green trees to posed skeletons

Children's laughter sunk deep into the wind
Never to be heard again

And this my brother is why I urge you,
Never
Never receive the mark of the beast
Nor give in to selfish pleasures that casts you away from the Father
But pray always
Of truth, strength and love
For these are what will guide you through this time of vexation.

This piece is very deep and spiritual. It speaks to me in many different ways. We are in fact living the last days and anyone reads to this should carefully take everything with deep consideration because there is truth written in this piece. This is very powerful and well written.
