Be Yourself

Be Yourself

A Poem by John Clark

There was a girl who had this thing,
she hid it well you'd think of it nothing.

There was a boy who had this thing,
he hid it well you'd thing of it nothing.

She looked for a boy who had this thing,
he hid it so well she'd think of it nothing.

He looked for a girl who had this thing,
she hid it so well he'd think of it nothing.

One day they passed right by each other,
they'd hid it so well they could not find one another.
