Fate

"Fate"

 

day by day,

as i wake,

i ask this question,

what is fate?,

is it the reason,

that we blame our fault,

or the excuse,

of why we got caught,

could it be an excuse,

we hide behind,

to make things,

right to our mind?,

is it what we chase,

when we take a wrong turn,

to try to start over,

see what we learn?,

do we use it,

to explain our reaction?,

to just get,

the others satifaction?,

as fate to life,

this poem gives no answer,

can you really say,

its your fate to get cancer?,

could fate be destiny,

just short three letter,

now do you understand,

fate a little better?,

it will show you the house,

but you must open the door,

but look around,

there is more,

it picks the path,

that you will go thru,

the path it showed me,

led me right back to you.
