Pruning the Decicision TreeA Poem by Ashes of ApathyHere lye words of love and loss
With your back against the wall, you were always there. Once you have lived to take the fall, a stoic face you wear.
The distance the lyes between us, can be seen for miles behind those eyes. So we bite the hand that feeds us, Compromising one last compromise.
Were pruning the decision tree, it's vine they have grown strong. Its rippened fruit falls near to here, whether right or wrong... whether right or wrong...
With my back against the wall, Im wishing you were hear. Its as if your cared at all, A transparency now stands clear.
The distance that lyes between us, can be seen for miles behind these eyes. So we bite the hand that feeds us, A truth to cover a loving lie.
Were pruning the decision tree, it's vine they have grown strong. Its rippened fruit falls near to here, whether right or wrong... whether right or wrong... -jr © 2008 Ashes of ApathyAuthor's Note
