Changes

Sometimes a smile can hide a scared story
The saddness is hidden with in a laugh
Feeling lonely is quickly gone when someone is there

Falling off cloud nine, you are quickly picked up by an angel of love
Feeling like you can't make it through changes into feeling like you can make it
lost and lonely steadily brings in smiles and memories
Losing your path of thought becomes finding a new train of thought
Feeling like you are not being heard becomes showing what you are made of

Not knowing transitions to being aware
Not feeling good about oneself becomes feeling great
Tapping your foot gradually becomes dancing
A frown turns into a smile

Hectic shifts into calmness
Darkness turns to light
Weak becomes strong
Endings become a new beginning

Feeling trapped transitions to running free
