Crying

Crying

A Poem by John B

There is rain again today yet no clouds pass by
Drops fall that burn like acid
Yet there is always a reason they fall and why
Where they touch becomes rancid
I cannot stop the falling rain though I wish,
I would stop the flow with my will
To contain the pain and to hold it in a dish
For the drops that fall can kill
Because it is you who are crying
