Noise & Confusion

Noise & Confusion

A Poem by John Barret
"

Written Realitys/Emotional Fatalitys

"
Noise and confusion
Ail around my gentle soul
Noise and confusion
What is your role?
Noise and confusion
Making me feel OH SO vulnerable
Noise and confusion
Tampering with my trouser buttons
Noise and confusion
Not being gentle with my fragile soul
Noise and confusion
At least lube my fragile soul
Noise and confusion
Fiddling around with me in my dreams
Noise and confusion
Doing me in wrong places
Noise and confusion
Sonically prodding my fudge
Noise and confusion
Something I cannot budge

very good flow to this. I get easily overwhelmed with all of life's noise and confusion. It can be very frustrating and some of us tend to lose ourselves in all of it. Very nice poem, made me think a lot.

This rather reads like a song. I enjoyed it. The person almost sounds as if he/ is lost in all the chaos of life yet giving in to it, despite the fact he just might no be wanting too. Being rather lost and confused.
