Admit

Admit

A Poem by keeper_of_death

When i  met you for the first time,

my breath was taken away.

When you walked into my life,

I was willing to give it all up for you.

If I could tell you the name of the one I wont to be with,

Then she wouldnt understand.

She wouldnt know how to take it,

If i could make her understand it would be better.

She just dosent understand,

That I would kill for her to be happy.

Or even just to see her smile,

I must admit that the one i love,

Dosent even know how i fell about her.

I wonder how life wold be if i was to tell  her,

Or at least give her another hint.

She sees right through all my hints,

Maybe she doesnt like me,

Maybe i aint her type,

Maybe she dont see it like i do.

Maybe i shouldn't tell her

The shift from talking about "you" to talking about "she" is pretty sudden, and I don't know if it works in this case. I guess that initially you are talking to the "she" and then you shift to talking to the reader about the "she", but that really isn't explained, and the shift is still way too sudden.
