![]() emerald nightA Poem by john doei walk the emerald night, away from prying human sight. my kind tend to churn my nerves. and so it's best i put such avoidable concerns to rest, with quietude of interlude, through blanket black, to star and moon. a barking dog is hardly heard. no children moan or adult stirred a car or two with high beam light is all of man in clearest view, except for me to my delight, i find my peace inside the solitude of emerald night. © 2010 john doeFeatured Review
