Lightness struck as the skies grew older Gray clouds slowly vanishing It feels like thunder is going after me Rain pouring Hitting the flesh like thin needles I kneel down and look up high Here I lie Its just another fight A fight against myself Against tears A new beginning is near I'm lost But soon I'll see clear I keep dreaming of your battle But should that matter? We are fighting in different ways You fight to get back to me I fight to get used to be without you There is no other you So this here We will get through © 2011 Johee Poetry |
