Undecisive Parents

Undecisive Parents

A Poem by Johee Poetry

My parents told me they would never pick me up from work ever again..

They said I would have to find another way or quit my job..

Obviously I won't let go a real good job just for this s**t...

So I get up early to get to work at 1 30 p.m..

I got to work one hour early and just browsed around to kill time..

I was super stressed about having to find a quick ride back home at 10 30 p.m..

Amazingly one of my close coworker friend offered me a ride..

She knew it would be too dangerous going on a bus so late..

As I get ready to leave with my co worker I push the door..

I start to take my keys out of my purse as I'm explaining the directions to my house..

As I pass a familiar car, I see the car turning its engine on..

Guess who it was...

The parents..

Haha..

Yea ... They won't pick me up even if it was 12 p.m huh??

I guess they do care after all..

Another story to laugh about...
