You say that you can change When I can see Right through you I can see your lies Right through your eyes Our tension starts to rise You can't deny you need help You try to help me but can't even help yourself You make me mad To make yourself feel better You say you can stop drinking But I say never You have such a toxic life Going to rehab is worth a fight You have such a toxic life Drinking alcohol wont make it right I've seen you drink since I was little We've been at it since I was twelve What make you think our daughter-father relationship is going well It's sad that we always have deep conversations when you're drunk When really our relationship has already sunk Because of that drug you absorb and can't resist At every party we go to, you embarrass me and get my family pissed Look at yourself you can't even stand straight You're gonna end up to be that person everyone will hate You have such a toxic life I think of this issue every night Stop acting like you're tough Because I think we both know that we've had enough © 2011 Johee Poetry |
