It’s been only three months since you have you been away 

And so far, I feel like I’m winning

I used to always think that I couldn’t make it without your love

But ever since YOU told me that I was acting like the world was ending

I decided to change

And for this, I thank you because I will never be the same 

I realized that the only person that can make things happen is myself

Because I will never be that stupid chick expecting for things that just won’t happen

and feeling like an idiot every time I start crying and then laughing

And even though I will always stay behind you, I will always be up top

Because the time has come for me to succeed

This is what I want now and that’s how it’s going to be

Yea, I need you but I needed to find my happiness and I found it now
