Sitting at a table in the corner,
All by myself. all alone.
Thinking about life,
How many things I've been shown.

Can't trust many people
they use, lie, cheat, and steal,
Wish I could find someone,
Just anyone who's real.

I've got many friends,
but that isn't enough.
I know I should stop looking,
Just want to be loved.

Loniness is so painful,
and hard as can be.
I'm trying to be a trooper,
and be independant and free.

When will the pain end,
and go away forever?
I guess when I find what Im looking for,
and when we are finally together

Wow! this is awesome, well penned and thought provoking...believe me the theme is very relative, we have all gone through such situations at one time or the other. i love the fond style as well as the color, it made the piece appealing and pleasant to the eye..............regarding the title i could have given it "where are you?" but the untitling of the piece in itself is a style as it leaves the reader to think of one...wellldone and welcome to the site.
