glimpseA Poem by josephine dinnairpondering over a coffeeas i sit, a sideways glance through the window partial reflection of light and my reticence bounce back altered, disjointed , angled on the other side of the "pain" of glass people, hunched shoulders, furrowed brows seem deeper than my own this astounds me does this shard protect me? or am i mirroring my own ignorance on which side do i sit or hide? vacant faces run past in the rain glance in, see me illuminated in ardour to them i epitmise sanctuary to me...... relief i am not under their cloud.
