purpose

purpose

A Poem by josephine dinnair
"

partner

"

contain small implants of pain

dart intinerate back and forth, as

ardent verbal intercourse becomes carnal

laid bare deepest sorrows, warped nurture

inseverable interest, duplicate icons,

we twain custodians maneuver ever forward

brains racing, bodies flagging, spirit exhalted

fake form and past shadows over us

preventing us, restraining us, determind

bow down to inner fortitude

embrace , stave and regard

renounce my psyche, endure , regain purpose

inperpetuity ,indebted and appeased

strive to nulify small implants of pain

yesterday dies tomorrow surely survives
