A Poem by josephine dinnair
"

a thought in the morning

"

pictures flashing by

i contemplate my future

from whence i came to where i reside

still inside , inertia jerks

what is this journey?

all be it inevitable

bold coloured lines , no cheer, sheer  drudgery

faceless bodies withdraw and shut down

warm inside stuffed into the corner

await freezing white light

what has changed in me through this passage

am i the same?

one woman in , another out

each side a different lifetime, a choice

but which to choose

which is real , which is me, which is sane

maybe i dont want to rest

forever split

an unstable nucleus remains within

my pale now silent guise

You have captured the confusion that can be inside as we discover ourselves....great art.....my favourite line "I contemplate my future from whence I came to where I reside." This line shows completion..inclusivity...none is left out....this is a great piece

Best regards,
Vincent
