A Little Love and DevotionA Poem by Audrey BrucknerFor a friend in need....dizzy catastrophe spinning next to me loosely curling rings in her hair
tunnel vision all around following dreams to the ground, but she only finds hurt there
I watch her swing losing more than everything and laughing all the while
she grins at me I examine her closely a large crack in her smile
walking on eggshells in her own hell she can't stop the motion
but if she falls know she did it all for just a little love and devotion
