The Alpha Male

As you return to your normal life, sometimes something unexpected happens. But only if you be yourself.

Freedom comes at last,

The She-wolf twirling about.

While someone longing watches,

Though His mind fills with doubt.

 

Alpha-male's tail wagging,

The closer She-wolf comes.

Though She is unaffected,

Alpha's heartbeat drums.

 

He drops such sutble hints

Even She cannot detect.

The longer it goes on

The more Alpha's heart is wreaked.

 

Some sudden insight granted,

And She-wolf opens eyes,

To peer at Alpha's signals,

Then suddenly She's wise.

 

A moment of hesitation

While the two consider this.

Another try at love?

Or one more hit and miss?

 

She braves up first to tell Him

He rises up to ask.

The nervous air between them

Are they ready for the task?

I like how its shows exactly what happened but it also shows it in the way that the wolves would react it is just so awsome.
