The Elusive Unicorn

Just a spur of the moment thing that i originally wrote and posted on FB in the HP APP.

You can't adopt a unicorn . . .
a figment of your imagination . . . . 
can't be captured or tamed . . .
cannot be contained or restrained . . . 
elusive to the conscious mind . . . 
incidental captors of the subconscious-
. . . 
feeling your alter-egos concatenate . . .
seeming one with all and universe-
a surreal utopic view, taking a solid shape,
the imagination- mesmerized and captivated-
the enchantment is of infinite binding . . .
do not lose site of your reality-
for you'll no longer be able to sense it!
If commen sense fails you,
the former silently recedes
becomes foreign and unknown . .
will you lose yourself forever 
for the delusion of having captured,
the elusive unicorn???
