I'm not sure when I stopped looking for you. 

Or when I stopped seeing you in the stars 

or in a beautiful day. 

I'm not sure when my eyes stopped lighting up 

every time I saw you. 

Or when your laugh was no longer 

the sweetest sound to my ears. 

And I'm not sure when the feeling

of your skin pressed against 

my skin faded and

made me wonder if it ever really happened.

But when it all finally stopped, 

I started feeling free.
