Forgotten Love

Forgotten Love

A Poem by Sarah Katherine

All this pain
and all your sin
cut right through me
right through my skin
it's killing me,
thought you should know
I close my eyes
see silent snow
it falls around me
'till I wake
all this pain
is never fake
I open my eyes
and you're not around
I look at your picture
with out a sound
a silent tear
slides down my cheek
and why my love
would u do this to me?
now I think back
to that day
when we met
and when you went away
will you promise me one thing?
please don't forget the way I laugh,
the way I talk, the way I sing
and know that I'll never stop loving you
so will you remember me?
because I know I won't forget you

this is a very good poem. I really like the last couple lines where it says

"will you promise me one thing?
please don't forget the way I laugh,
the way I talk, the way I sing
and know that I'll never stop loving you
so will you remember me?
because I know I won't forget you"
