Three Little BirdsA Poem by JCharoFor my son. This is my message to you sometimes when the stress subdues your expectations of life and what type of sensations that may bring, I was standing over your incubator doubting, and (at the same time), thanking your maker and going through the exact same thing. and I assure you that the very first song that came to my mind played through my spine as if my back bone were a groove in a record carrying the tune to my neck. And I hummed…. Every little thing Is gonna be allright And told myself, while you may be little in size and though it seems simple inside to tell myself not to worry, the reggae rhythms of Robert resulted in serenity like clockwork and made me not so weary Then finally you danced took deep breaths expand your light over our life, such a lively one. While the night could seem bleak enough to find your day and defeat I rise open my eyes and smile at the rising sun.
