Showdown at the ValleyA Poem by Jin TriggerA poem I thought of when it started raining....seems to be the prefect weather for a showdown between two friends turned enemiesI stand at the edge of life and fate
Somethings must be done Weather its a want or not This surely is not a want I'd rather walk away
Alas...We walk two paths Paths that have become crossed In order for one to move on The obstalce must fall over
Hmph...Its funny how I think of you so An obstacle I grew with An obstacle who stood by my side An obstacle who was there always
...There he stands our eyes crossed Neither of us wants this fate The sorrow and pain in our eyes pours out with imaginary tears
Drawing our swords Getting in stance The tension rises ...I can tell... His looks of apology
"Im sorry dearest friends... Forgive me for what I must do."
Everything slows down We run with our blades held high
. . . . . . .
I regret nothing... Everthing happens for a reason ...Whatever the reason... You were my friend and then an enemy but either way...Im happy for this last time © 2011 Jin TriggerAuthor's Note
