If I Could Have One Wish

If I Could Have One Wish

A Poem by James F Mowrey III

If I could have on wish
Where do I begin
A breath on my cheek
Soft fingers on my skin
Sending chills to my feet

If I could have one wish
It'd be a wish so divine
A heart beating with mine
A whisper in my ear
Arms around me, no fear

If I could have one wish
It'd be a wish I cannot waste
A warm and sensual embrace
A kiss that leaves a sweet taste
My heart gaining pace

If I could have one wish
A great wish it would be
It'd be to wake every morning
Side by side, You and Me!
