Restless

Restless

A Poem by Jillian Alexis
"

short and sweet, a little idea of how i've been feeling lately

"

The restlessness sets in, and the skin begins to hum

Tantalizing inspiration, it desires to be undone...

A powerful piece of emotions, inspirations, sets of words and a piece of desire of peace. I liked this brilliant piece which's filled with feelings and sweetness's. Well done!

Striking contrasts!
Incredible sound imagery with the "skin begins to hum" line.
The effects of our emotions on our body reverberates with inspiration here.

{what wistful image of what we all feel sometimes...
"when restlessness sets in"---causing us to fancy
pretty much anything to get rid of that tense emotion
even though we don't really know what it is we want}

...great write...

This is so emotionally stirring, giving us that sense of those moments of inspiration that rise and grip one so poignantly.. Vivid and alive.

here brevity works beautifully~ opens the sensate imagination like a little box of gems just waiting to be explored~
