Be it Fire or Be it IceA Poem by jheetahFire is a never ending flickering flame, Burning in the twilight hours of day. Nearly impossible to tame, Only water can wish it away.
Ice is the cracking of splinters, Freezing everything in its path. Thriving in the midst of Winter, Blistering cold in every aftermath.
To which one shall be dominant, Thus a thing only mother nature knows. The burning dusk, be it fire? Or the icy crackle, be it ice?
To which only one can cast its secrets, The other lost forever in the turmoil of its past. And the other remains constant with no regrets, As it coats our world and leaves us aghast. © 2013 jheetahAuthor's Note
