CacophonyA Poem by Jason Galliger
The noise bleeds into my brain
Melting away all the pain Blurry lines disconnect As I feel my heart skip a step Swimming thoughts And warm sensations Ecstasy flows in this moment of revelation Rainbow flashing halos Stretch through the crowd Each moment it touches down, ppl getting loud The pulse quickens to the tribal tempo When the pyro goes off -I smile- It’s time for the show © 2011 Jason Galliger |
