Entracte

A deadly beauty

Hides behind soft yellow curls

Only crying when the red moon turns full

Lone wolf howls

There in lies the dawn of a new morning

All nightly secrets trapped in the reflections of the morning dew

Sliding deep into the earth

Where whispers of ghosts struggle to reach the heavens

through the passage of earthworms

only to be struck down by the hard boot

of mortality.

I'm not sure I get what this means :-/ But I have to say that the imagery is awesome. And there is a sense of shock too, with the sudden mention of earthworms.
I think it might be about the supernatural, but then, it might not be, too. The imagery certainly sets it up to be, though. "Only crying when the red moon turns full/ Lone wolf howls"
I found the conclusion to be very interesting
"only to be struck down by the hard boot
of mortality"
It makes me think of many interpretations to this poem.
Good job. If I only knew what exactly this poem is about :-/
