IT IS WHAT IT IS….

It is what it is I told her
What more can you expect
We struggle, true, but fail too often
It is what it is
“But what could it be?” she asks
“It is,” I answer
“What?”
“It is,” I reiterate
“It is what?” she is puzzled
“It is,” I explain
It is what it is I told her
And what it is, is it
Has to be
Otherwise it would be something else
No?
I this it is
It is what it is…
