How very, very true! Two and a quarter more hours on the helpline and I can think of all the thoughts and emotions other people need share because - the need is there. How sad is that.

It's a local helpline for people who need a contact for any reason.. it's do very sad at times.. especially hearing people crying and can't even hold hands or give a hug. And yes, your last sentence says it all. Thank you. Hope your day brings you smiles and warmth, Jeyanthi.
