Misunderstood.

Misunderstood.

A Story by Natasha Montgomery

I've always been misunderstood, ever since I could remember.
I always felt I knew more than what people thought I did. I was intuitive and introverted as a child. I think being intuitive asat such a young, developmental, age, helped me develop and mature emotionally. There is this natural understanding of the world around you, as in the big picture. The details of things always fascinated me, looking as closely as I could at the asphalt that made up the road, I would try to imagine what that asphalt world would look like. I was so much bigger, casting a shadow, creating darkness in that world at that time. How chaotic that must be for the asphalt world! What if I was living in the asphalt world? I always enjoyed this alone time. It was reflective, and peaceful being able to think.
